"Best care ever!!!"

My friend rang 111 to me who told me they would get me an appointment with the Out Of Hours Doctor at Ipswich Hopspital but it could take up to 4 hours. I got an appointment straight away and we even went early and got seen earlier. Straight away I was refered to see someone over at A&E which I was worried about especially with the stories about the long A&E waits and I didn't want to wait because I was in a lot of pain. I got seen straight away by the nurse who was lovely and then I got seen by a specialist who was also lovely and made light of the situation to cheer me up. I was quickly moved to the Surgical Assesment Unit and the staff were amazing, they were so lovely and helpful. I was then moved to the Needham ward (I think it was) and the staff were really nice there too. A lot different to other hospitals ive been too, and the staff made my stay better.
