Would like to thank the doctors and nurses of ward 53, for taking great care of me and helping me back to full health, A special thank you goes to a student nurse called Shirley Smith who was full of the joy of life and went that extra mile for me..

Also want to say how clean the ward was, but have to say the side room 11 that I was in was in need of a paint.

Dear "The Ballroom"

Thank you for providing us with feedback about the doctors and nurses in ward 53 which was gratefully received. Your comments about Shirley have also been passed on to the university, as we hope that other students will also be able to learn from an example like this.

I have forwarded your comments on regarding cleanliness to our Facilities Team and also pointed out your comment about the painting. If I receive specific feedback on this point I will of course come back to you.
