About: Pontefract General Infirmary

I was delighted with my care for the 3 nights i spent in the selective orthopaedic ward All staff were great cleaners, nurses, catering, everyone and they had time for me and my very real fears and concerns. The nursing team were excellent-I will recommend Pontefract to anyone who asks. Even the food was decent-i had a chocolate stash which remained untouched as i didnt need it! I did think they may have arranged some help to get me to my car but non the less my stay was a positive one -clean hospital, caring staff and a skilful procedure.
