I find the Royal Hallamshire Hospital very helpful as they keep you informed about your care and treatment. The doctors and nurses were fantastic. I would like to thank the neurology department who look after me and keep an eye on my Parkinson's disease. You’re not just a patient, they treat you like a friend. They sometimes have students, who are nice and talk to you. They are all so kind, and understand how difficult my life is. They help me a lot.
