"Unacceptible delay for appointment"

I am a Nursing Student who had an Oral Surgery out-patient appointment at Amersham Hospital.

I waited nearly 1 hour for this appointment after it's scheduled time!

I do not think this is acceptable - I am not a pensioner sitting doing nothing, or an unemployed house executive or whatever you wish to refer to them as.

I have full-time university studies to serve the public when I qualify with my degree!

I think that this is an unacceptable level of service.
