"Six Degrees has been a life saver to me"

My GP referred me to ‘Six Degrees’ and I really was in a ‘dark place’.

By just being able to talk and not be judged really helped me. The two therapists that I visited were both very caring and compassionate. They allowed me time to convey my thoughts and emotions during my depression. And I cannot thank them enough. I am not cured of my depression but I am in a far better place.

I thank god that I was referred to ‘Six Degrees’ it has been a life saver to me. This is a really important service, it is vital when you are ‘low’ to be able to share your thoughts. Mental illness is just the same as any other illness. You need treatment straight away.
