I was greeted by James a happy person who addressed me correctly as Mr. Gray. Later he used more familiar terms as we became used to each other. He explained what he was doing and why and spent plenty of time treating my feet so that I did feel as if he cared.

A very good technician who provided an excellent service.. Please congratulate him.
