About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

The young man who rang me from TRAQS was very polite and helpful. He thoroughly explained who he was, what the procedure would be and explained my options.

I am very pleased to say that I have already started my treatment and am grateful for the way the TRAQS team dealt with me.

I am pleased that you found the Patient Advisor at TRAQS polite and helpful. We take Customer Service very seriously and it is always lovely to receive positive comments from patients we have spoken to.
