It was my first time in A&E where I was taken by the ambulance with strong stummoch pains. As the ambulance couldn't get morphing in my weins they though a&e will do it quicker. Kettle did they know they left me to suffer in wrong hands. I was involuntarily screaming and couldn't lye down still because of the nature of the pain. I was seen by a nurse and waiting for a good 20 minutes in that muxh pain she offered me....tablets! I had to make alot of effort to speak and reminded her that the ambulance was trying to inject me morphin butvas they couldnt to speed things up they broyght me here. She started arguing with me. Which not only she didnt make it better it made me feel worse! I said " what are you dong odferingvme some crapy tablets instead?" And that person they hired as a nurse replies to me " there is no need to Swear". 1- i havent even sworn,2- she provocked anher in me and she was in the wrong, 3- thwre is something obviously wrong eith a nurse uf patient is in so much pain and instead of getting on witha her job she teaches them how to talk. 4- im not some druncken bought to a&e who cant stop actually swearing, im in stomach pains and nurse isnt adequatly helping. I needed urgent injection of something very strong into a bblood stream in that much pain. 5- if somebody was swearing at he and calling her names maybe she would have a place to tell them, but a patient with extreme stomach pain comes in she isn't helping and arguing when she us corrected gives no TLC and all she is bothered about us a word "crappy"". Give her 5 star. If they have that as a nurse what sort of hospital are they
