"Inspirational and positive staff"

I am absolutely satisfied with the service I got at this department. Even though they called me in fifteen minutes late, staff apologised. Also I was given all the information I needed and was given the complete control of what I wanted done. I went in to have my wisdom tooth removed which was severely infected, but when they realised the tooth next to it was also infected they gave me the option of having them both removed together. So therefore saving me the time and pain of having to go through the same procedure again. I explained to the staff that I was very anxious about the whole procedure, because when my dentist had tried to do some treatment on my tooth it didn't go numb because of the infection. They reassured me that everything would be ok and that they would only continue with the procedure as long as I was happy to do so. I couldn't feel a thing and before I knew it both teeth were out. What a fantastic team! Well done I attended the hospital on the 24th of February 2015.
