"EGU Experience"

Wife's appointment was at 9.15 and finally sonographer strolled in at 9.30. After a lot of drifting here and there she finally called my wife for scan with no apology for her coming late to work or the delay for that matter. During the scan I wanted to take a photo but she aggressively to told me no and pointed out to me that we are getting this for free and "this is not Privet hospital". And she went on and on that how I am not paying for this. How bitter experience it was for me. It suppose to be beautiful experience. Thanks Whipps Cross EGU. Your staff and management needs vital people skill which they lack in my opinion.
