I had my first session of Mindfulness today at Parklands and was quite nervous at first but once I got in the room and sat down with other people and started to get to know them I was ok but it was my first session so I didn't really know what to expect but I found it very helpful and to staff were really helpful and explained everything very well and also the reception staff on ground floor where you sign in were also very helpful and friendly and explained to me where I needed to go and also the reception staff on 1st floor were also very friendly and even came out to talk to me which made me feel more comfortable and I felt that I asked all the questions that I needed to ask about Mindfulness and I would say to anyone who has mental health problems or is struggling in someway then find out about getting assessed and referred and give it a try, it might not work for everyone but i found it very helpful.
