I found myself in A & E on Saturday morning 24th January and a long way from home, (Worcester), with my 3rd bout of Atrial Fibrillation. I just wanted to say that the medical care whilst I was with you, was second to none, from the moment I arrived, I felt I was in good hands. All in all I stayed until the following Wed, when I was discharged with my heart back in normal rhythm, with a little help, and feeling more like my old self. I am waiting to see a consultant in Worcester. In this day and age with so many people having gripes at the NHS. I just wanted to say a great big "thank you" to all the team that I came into contact with and who took such good care of me. Ps The only thing I want to mention was no provision was given for my lactose intolerance. When asked for milk they said in the kitchen, soya would be suitable, but I can't have that either. I was able to get my own bread, and milk delivered on the Sun afternoon and kept it in the fridge on the ward.
