"A big thank you to A&E dept"

My mum dislocated & fractured her elbow on Sunday evening and I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone in A&E who dealt with us ( I counted approx 14 members of staff) with such kindness and professionalism. The paramedic, the nurse, the consultant & a newly qualified Dr, all of whom were so reassuring and friendly. It seems to me that it's non stop for the staff in A&E who receive little thanks but plenty of grumbles! Thank you, in our experience you're all stars and I can't praise you enough.
