"Rubbish care"

About: Hereford County Hospital / Cardiology Hereford County Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

Admitted with possible heart attack, seen quickly and put on heart monitor, kept in cubicle in A&E for 8 hours then sat out in a corridor chair because they needed the cubicle for someone else. Fed 1 sandwich in 8 hours. Transferred to Frome ward, No observations for 17 hours despite being potential heart attack. Next morning nurse signed to say she gave me my medication but had not. Urgent tests; Echocardiogram and ETT had been forgotten to be ordered by doctors. Shocking care. God help those who couldn't defend themselves. I'm lucky, my wife is a nurse. Contacted PALS 3 weeks ago, still waiting for a response....dreadful.
