I recently had the pleasure/ displeasure of having a Major op in The Royal London and Can only say how much easier the whole experience was made Thanks to the excellent Staff and Doctors I spent one night on ward 12E and. Could not believe the hours these dedicated staff devoted to the constant care of every patient left with them 24/7 The NHS has always got bad publicity but when it is you that needs help,they will always be there who ever you are. Thank you.
