"100% Satisfaction of Care."

On 18th February 2015 I underwent a Total Knee Replacement on my left knee. I would like to give praise to all staff concerned in my admission and recovery from my operation. First of all, the Pre-assesment staff, the Occupational Therapists and the Physio Lady who gave a very informative talk, all of these ladies gave me sound advice and prepared me for my forthcoming operation. Secondly the staff on Ward 15 Day Surgery treated me with dignity, and prepared me for my operation, a great team and a credit to the Ward Manager. Next Anaesthetic team, what a great bunch of people, everyone is nervous when you enter that environment but the people on that day made me feel chilled. So a big thank you and a special thanks to the recovery lady that cared for me. Almost finished: Ward 7 are a Great Team, a credit to authopeadic surgery recovery. Nothing was to much trouble, nurses were attentive. Thank you. Last but not least my surgeon, thank you so much.
