"I was so impressed with all aspects of Springfield..."

From the minute I stepped into Springfield Hospital I was impressed by the staff that greeted me, they were human, they joked with me. I was taken to my private room and had the facilities of the room explained to me and was told what to expect in the next few hours. I was put completely at ease as several different members of staff, nurses, doctors, specialists etc., visited me who all treated me with respect and explained all procedures. I really did not know what to expect before I stepped into this Hospital but I do know that I did not expect such a high level of efficiency and what I can only describe as humanness, if there is such a word. Well done all at Springfield Hospital I assure you from my point of view you are doing a brilliant job!!! Thank you all, Keith
