"Unhappy"

I cannot praise the medical staff highly enough in outpatient gynaecology, but cannot say the same concerning the admin. I attended there on the 13th January for a urodynamics test and consultation. Following an explanation of my problem and being offered treatment I was told I would need to be seen again in two months time, and an appointment would be sent through the post to me. As it so far hadn't arrived I decided to phone the hospital today (24th Feb) only to discover that no appointment had been made for me. I now have to wait until the 17th April, five weeks longer than the Consultant had requested. Had I not contacted the hospital I would be still be waiting. This is highly unacceptable and unsatisfactory.
