"Long wait but worth it in the end"

I recently attended the Eye clinc. Once again a very long wait, one and a half hours past my appointment time. a very busy clinic but the nurses and the doctor I saw fantastic. Couldn't wish for better.

I am delighted to hear that you saw fantastic nurses and doctor and you couldn't wish for better. This is the level of care we expect and strive for as a Trust strive I am delighted to hear that you had a positive experience and that you are happy with the care you received, however I appreciate that you had a long wait and for this I apologise. We do work hard to keep clinics running on time but occasionally delays do occur. I have passed your comments on to the eye clinic manager so they can reflect on your experiences and we can try to improve our services.
