"Elderly grandmother visit to A&E"

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital

On Sunday night my very elderly Grandmother was taken to A&E having fallen and split her head open. Her care was fantastic. It was late at night and she was distressed and she got wonderful care. She was admitted to CDU and spent one night there, again I can't fault the care from nurses and occupational therapy. The consultant was very good at communicating despite English being his second language and have us great confidence. Gran was discharged within 24 hours, great. The hospital appears to have responded brilliantly to it's previous bad reputation.
