The standard of care I received today has impressed me so much that I have found the feedback on line to respond. I was treated with dignity and respect, and at no point felt embarrassed or uncomfortable. Several years ago I was also treated for a similar complaint and the experience was very unpleasant, today was so different. All the staff in the department were very professional, keeping me informed and offering help when needed. The doctor explained what she was doing and why and also listened to me and my concerns and took the time to answer my questions. She completely put me at my ease. I would recommend this doctor to all my female friends and family.
