To see such positive feedback about our service is so rewarding especially to hear that you have such a positive and trusting relationship with your family nurse. It is motivating to hear this for us as a service and will help us to remember the importance of our therapeutic relationship for all our clients and about how we should have our clients’ needs at the centre of everything we do together.
