"Moving Home & changing family nurse"

Moved house and made to change family nurse. It would be nice if our family nurse was continued. Never felt judged and could confide in Debbie. Will miss our family nurse and hope the next is just as good.

It’s hard when we have to say goodbye and I know your family nurse has been sad about this too. I wish you all the best for your future with your new family nurse and thank you so much for being a part of our programme and for taking the time to give us some feedback.
