"courteous and obliging staff at royal bolton breast unit"

From start to finish I was treated with care and courtesy. The staff at the the breast unit, including my consultant, made me feel I was important and my fears and worries were talked about and I was reassured and comforted as needed. At no time was I made to feel as though anything was too small to discuss. My stays on F5 were were comfortable, the staff were very courteous and obliging, and they looked after me very well even though they were very busy. The meals were adequate but very basic.

The back up care at the breast unit has been first class. As I now have to go for chemotherapy and radiotherapy I envisage my treatment to be the same first class treatment I have already received on F5 and at the breast unit. All I can say is many thanks to all the staff I encountered on these wards.
