"Delays"

About: Huddersfield Royal Infirmary

On 6th January I attended a urology clinic but after a long wait the nurse said the consultant was unable to see any more patients because of computer problems. Names of unseen patients were taken and told that re-scheduled dates would be sent out. By tomorrow it will be 7 weeks and still no date has been decided. Telephone calls to the secretary seemed to suggest that an extra clinic would be created but I think I was just being strung along as nothing has happened. Hopefully I may get a re-scheduled clinic appointment before too long.
