"ENT and audiology appointments"

I was seen on 17/02/15 by audiology and then the consultant. All very pleasant and organised. The consultant recommended I made appointment with audiologist again to look at alternative hearing aid system. I reported to the desk and was told next appointment wouldn't be for several weeks but they phoned through to check this was correct. One of the audiologists however fitted me in with an appointment straight away, despite the fact that is was really her allocated administration time and she had no obligation to see me. This was extremely caring and helpful. The fitting took some while and I was the last patient out of the ENT and must have kept her at the end of a busy day. I was very impressed and the new aids worked well in the classroom today. Thanks and well done ENT!
