"Victims of the NHS"

About: Hull Teaching PCT

(as the patient),

I recently sued the NHS due to clinical negligence. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. I would do it again if I had to, with the benefit of hindsight I would be more successful. I won the case. I would have liked to see that have a positive and improving effect on the NHS. No such luck. They continue to treat people very badly and I know from recent events that nothing has changed. Consequently, I now have absolutely no faith or trust in the NHS whatsoever. The NHS should be called the NIS (National Illness Service) because it deals with illness not health. It exists to alleviate symptoms rather than deal with causes.

I now have as little contact as possible with the NHS, preferring to focus my energy on dealing with the bigger picture, i.e. the causes and prevention of illness rather than cures and alleviation of symptoms.

Congratulations to the NHS for wrecking the lives of me and my family.
