My husband saw the doctor at Lings Bar hospital. The doctor and hospital are very nice. Our only complaint is that we had to wait over a month for an appointment.
I had a pacemaker fitted four years ago at QMC by Dr Stainsforth and I have nothing but praise for him. It was all very clean and I think the people who find it not so clean are unlucky. It must be a terrific task organising food and cleaning for such a large place.
I go back once a year to have my pacemaker checked and Dr Stainsforth is still putting pacemakers in - that must be a lot of them by now! They say my pacemaker is doing well and it may even last 10 years!
