"Continence Service in Rotherham"

(as the patient),

I use the continence service in Rotherham and have two lots of items: catheter and incontinence pads. I have no problems using the service. I ring them up and receive my items on the correct date at the correct times.

I was impressed the other day when I rang for my catheter prescription and was asked if I had any problems or infections. I didn't as I have been using them for two years, but I have never been asked before.

Sometimes it can be a pain when it's the answer phone and they ring back to confirm the prescription but I am at the caravan and they ring my house phone!

I am glad that you ind the system responsive, thanks for taking the time to post.

The recent changes to the system has meant that we are able to better check if people have had any problems or infections, its good to know that this is happening.
