"St George's is brilliant!"

Just a quick note to say how fantastic the service and staff are at St George's, Tooting. I had the misfortune of getting 2 crushed fingers and a suspected torsion of the testi in the same fortnight and was sent to St George's for both. After the initial wait in A&E to get seen (which is kind of a given and at least they have copies of the paper and a TV) I was processed very quickly on both occasions and the service I got was the very last word in caring professionalism. Being told that you need to have an emergency operation that may require the removal of a testicle is never going to be great news, but the team there explained everything concisely and in a way that made me feel I was in the best possible place, being tended to by the best possible people. The whole staff and facilities are a credit to the NHS and make me proud of what this country can deliver! Top marks!!
