"Rude!"

About: Huddersfield Royal Infirmary

Took my partner for his first appointment this morning and all I say is the consultant was rude at best! She was abrupt, rude and avoided eye contact at all times. She seemed to know her stuff but lacked personal skills and manners. Our questions were met with sharp annoyed responces which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I just hope we dont encounter her again at his follow up appointments! The nurse was very helpful and clarified some of our questions after we left the room - thankfully!
