"I believe my compliant has affected my care"

I made a complaint today to my consultant, regarding a procedure 3 weeks ago that I feel has made my condition worse, after which they say I now don’t need an operation but will need to be on painkillers for the rest of my life, I am only 30. In my opinion I could see and hear in his tone of voice change after I complained.

The rest of the treatment was agreed last week, now its all changed, have not even had another scan before he changed his mind. He even agreed before I complained that the symptoms were not normal

I can’t go through the rest of my life in this much pain.

From my experience the NHS should be closed and opened to the private sector. From my experience, Reading hospital is a complete disgrace, from the level of care to the state of the hygiene.

I have just read the scores for the trust and they make me laugh; the areas I have seen of the hospital were dirty.
