(as the patient),

This letter is written in thanks to the excellent continuing care provided to me by the Norfolk and Norwich Rheumatology department. Dr Mukhtyar and his team of nurses have been very caring and helpful and show great understanding in my condition. He has been my Doctor now for many years and not only shows great care in my condition, but also in my other health issues. It is lovely to see him when I visit as he shows me great respect and I look forward to seeing him in the future.
