My two week stay at Queens Medical was a real eye opener as to how very short staffed they were. The nurses both male and female were kind and cheerful, but patients needing to be helped to and from the toilets had to wait quite a while, once in my case half an hour, not because of neglect, the staff were so busy they just could not get round to every one.
Having said that I was very well looked after, and I would like to thank everyone for their kindness and care.
