"Not a good experience"

My partner's mother was in Ward 12 at this hospital. When a carer from her residential home came to visit her one afternoon. the carer was disgusted by the obvious lack of care..... his mum had not been washed, smelled of urine, the room was unclean and there was no one to help her to eat. The carer berated the nursing staff who were clustered around the "nurses station" chatting at which time they then came running to nurse (as is their job). I would rather be in any other hospital than this one i feel!
