(as a relative),

My son andrew was in a terrible car accident his friend died instanly at the scene. My son andrew had a very bad head injury and his brain was swelling he was on life support for 6weeks and as his lungs were badly damaged in the accident he got ards and died I cannot thank everbody enough for all the care he recieved you are all so wounderful thank you so much for all the loving care you gave my son x
