I have to say it was daughter who submitted the feed back with out my knowledge, which I was not happy with as I was not consulted before hand. She was correct in what she said but I was looked after very well throughout my stay on my discharge I was given open access to the ward if anything went wrong again which was re assuring. All the staff were very helpful & looked after me at all times they all gave 110% effort. The doctors included me in there conversations and consulted me when required to. I feel the mainthing that went wrong was that I was discharged with an infection and it was to early as I had to be re admitted and spent another 2 weeks in hospital
