I had to come to PALS to seek help and wanted to say thank you to a member of staff for sorting out my problem quickly and efficiently and for the way she treated me. I have used the service before and although I have never been disappointed, as I've always received the help required, I've previously had robotic and quite abrupt answers. This member of staff spoke to me like a person, asked me how I'd like to be addressed and made me feel like I wasn't a nuisance and the most important person she had seen that day, which I'm sure isn't true as my problem was relatively small and they are very busy. She is getting it right, she is a breath of fresh air and other staff hospital wide should take a leaf from her book. I felt human talking to her not just like another faceless patient. Thank you
