I have been reading stories about other people having there appointments changed as I myself have done 6 times. They give you one appointment then just before and when you have made arrangements another letter drops through the door with the words “we apologise…”
When I have rung up Mr. Oreiley’s secretary she always has a plausible excuse, although she is a lovely person and I don’t attach any blame on her. While in the mean time I have been admitted to the Grimsby hospital and kept in twice. They say that I have a very bad back problem, that Mr. Oreiley knows about and has already operated on once. I have had two root blocks and was assured that I would not be kept waiting but once again find myself in the same situation and living daily with all the pain and misery surely something can be done
