My mum has recently come out of the Royal Berks after shoulder surgery. The treatment and care she received was fantastic. Every member of staff she came into contact with were lovely people. The surgeon put her at ease before surgery and visited her twice after the operation. Redlands ward and its staff were all a credit to the NHS. My mum feels that it was so good that even if she had had the surgery done privately she would not have received any better care.

The team do work very hard to ensure our patients get the best care possible, so it is great to be able to pass on such positive feedback. As you are probably aware Redlands is a new ward which opened at the beginning of this year.
