About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary

Treatment has been good but the wait is ridiculous! Been to this department 6 times now and the least time ive waited is 35 mins over my appointment time and the longest is 58 mins over my appointment time. Need to time their appointments better as this is not acceptable.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your experiences in the Oral and Maxillo Facial Department at the RVI. We are sorry to note that you have experienced a number of delays when attending your appointments. Whilst we try to keep to appointment times the normal running of the department is sometimes unpredictable due to patients who have experienced trauma and are re-attending for review. The unpredictable needs of these type of patients does sometimes disrupt the appointment schedule, for which we can only apologise.
