About: Rotherham PCT / Continence service

(as the patient),

Initially I was referred to Joanne Mergnell who helped me enormously with my problem of double incontinence. She then referred me to another incontinence nurse who again was very helpful and sympathetic to my needs. I am now in continuous contact with the incontinence service who provide me with catheters, pads etc. Everyone at the service has been very helpful and my questions are answered promptly. I cannot praise them highly enough.

I support the organisation in making sure that the voice of patients and the public is heard and used in planning services. This involves running events, managing surveys, and building networks with the local community.
