I had an outpatient appointment yesterday which I had to postpone from December 2014. This was my decision to re-arrange and the hospital administration were very understanding. I was dreading the visit and procedure I had to endure but from the minute I walked Into the reception area there was nothing but helpfulness shown. I was passed through To the waiting area very quickly and within a few minutes of my appointment time I was having the procedure done. I was put at ease by all the staff. Many thanks to all the staff in urology outpatients.
