I sustained an anke and toe injury during trampolining training and I telphoned at 7. 15pm and was told I should get a call back in about one hour. Four hours later I telephoned again and was told there were more urgent cases. Whilst I appreciate an ankle injury is not a critical injury surely someone should have rung me back and suggested I go to A & E as I could have had an Xray, been seen by a doctor and back home by now!
I am very disappointed, this isn't a service at all. I tried not to go to A & E, but it looks like I will now have to go 5 hours later and spend all night there. I will not be using this service again.
