"I was impressed by the whole experience"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was referred by the optician following routine eye test in early December. Contacted by TRAQS 4 days later – appointment made.

I was seen in the community Glaucoma Clinic which is quite local. After a comprehensive set of eye tests I was diagnosed with glaucoma and prescribed treatment which I was able to start that evening. I was given a full explanation of the condition + a booklet. I was impressed by the whole experience.
