About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

My experience with TRAQS was excellent, however with regard to a referral from my GP – I had to chase this myself and ask for an appointment, so I class my experience with my GP as very poor.

Although I am disappointed to hear of your experience with relation to your referral from your GP was poor. I am sure that the practice manager would be happy to discuss your concerns with you if you would like to contact them?
