"Heart Failure Nurse always answers my questions"

About: Community Nursing Services / Mansfield Community Nursing

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Just wanted to say what an absolute god send is Nicola, Heart Failure Nurse and her team. They always answer questions about patients and supply the appropriate medicine to help alleviate the patients pain. When we are at our wits end just a phone call is all it takes to ease our minds. All this is done with patience and a caring attitude. Without the sevice we would be much worse off both physically and mentally.
