All of the above emotions led me to where I am today, all thanks to my therapist! I trusted totally, when I thought I could not go on – to ‘sleep’ my anxieties away – I was given methods, ideas and the self-belief in my own values, along with ‘permission’ to ‘bat out’ all negative beliefs and worries, that all had resulted in my depression ‘life’ is never easy, but now I am better equipped to cope with issues. I believe I can invest in myself because I’m worth it! ! Heartfelt thanks to all the therapists at inclusion matters!
