"Staff have a great sense of humour!"

Each time I have found I have had to contact continence services for a prescription or for their advice etc, my call has been answered by kind caring and extremely efficient staff who all have a great sense of humour and they have never failed to help me “whatever I have thrown at them”! I can’t think of any worst bits. The best people to ask are the staff who are working in the department and listen to what they tell you.
